The Role

We’re looking for a Senior B2B Product Manager to take full ownership of the strategy and roadmap for our brand-facing platform. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who wants to own the product lifecycle and work hand-in-hand with our Sales team to translate market needs into a world-class platform.

You will be the bridge between our commercial goals and technical execution. If you thrive in early-stage environments where you can move from high-level strategy to granular feature definition—and you enjoy the challenge of building products that solve complex problems for business users—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the B2B Roadmap: Define the product strategy and roadmap for ScholarshipOwl for Business, prioritizing features that deliver measurable ROI for brands.

  • Partner with Sales: Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer pain points, qualify market needs, and ensure the product supports a high-touch sales motion.

  • Drive Product Strategy: Move beyond execution to define what we build and why, ensuring our B2B ecosystem is scalable, intuitive, and competitive.

  • Conduct Continuous Discovery: Engage directly with internal stakeholders and external brand partners to validate new campaign models and features.

  • Enhance the Brand Experience: Lead the development of campaign creation tools, targeting/segmentation engines, and real-time analytics dashboards.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Lead a dedicated pod of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality releases in an agile, fast-paced environment.

  • Leverage AI: Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML to automate campaign optimization and enhance student-brand matching.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within the B2B/SaaS space.

  • Strategic Ownership: Proven track record of owning a product roadmap from conception to launch, ideally in an early-stage or "0 to 1" environment.

  • Sales Synergy: Experience working directly with Sales teams to align product development with commercial feedback and revenue goals.

  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable diving into data to identify friction points and opportunities for platform improvement.

  • B2B Nuance: You understand that building for businesses requires a focus on reliability, reporting, and clear value demonstration.

  • Lean & Scrappy: You know how to ship MVP versions to test hypotheses quickly without sacrificing long-term scalability.

  • Bonus: Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or lead generation platforms.
